Due to the nature of hair extensions, all sales are final — no refunds or returns.
We always ask that you check your order before we part ways to make sure everything is correct. If an error is made on our end (wrong texture or length), we’ll gladly exchange it as long as the hair remains unused/untampered with and the request is made immediately at pickup.
Once order is reviewed and everything is confirmed, the sale is final.
