What kind of hair does your wig use?
Our wigs are made from 100% premium virgin human hair, personally tested to ensure quality, longevity, and effortless style. We offer two types of hair: Burmese virgin bundles and Brazilian virgin wigs.
Burmese hair is naturally thick, silky, and full from root to tip. It has a smooth, soft texture that holds its shape beautifully. This hair is lightweight yet durable, giving you a polished, luxurious look.
Brazilian hair is known for its rich texture and natural bounce. It blends seamlessly with most hair types, offering long-lasting wear and easy maintenance. Its versatility makes it perfect for a range of styles.
How long does hair last ?
Our hair is made to last and can be reused multiple times with proper care. With regular maintenance following our Hair Care Guide, you can expect your bundles and wigs to stay soft, full, and gorgeous for 1–2 years.
Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes! Our hair can be colored or lightened with care. You can safely bleach it to a sun-kissed honey blonde, and with professional guidance and salon-quality products, you can achieve an icy bleach blonde.
What textures do you offer?
Currently, we offer our Signature Silky Straight texture, designed for a sleek, polished, and effortlessly chic look. Straight hair is low-maintenance, versatile, and perfect for achieving that put-together, luxurious finish.

How do I know which length to choose?
As a general guide:
- 12"-16" → Natural everyday length
- 18"-22" → Effortless, grown and sexy
- 24"-30" → 'That girl' lux look
When in doubt, go longer, hair can be trimmed, not extended.
How many bundles do I need?
Bundle recommendations depend on length, texture, and fullness.
General guide:
- 18"-24" → 3 bundles
- 26"-30" → 3-4 bundles
- 32"+ → 4-5 bundles
What’s the difference between a lace front and full frontal?
A lace front wig has lace only from ear to ear at the front, with the rest of the cap made from thicker material, only allowing styling mainly at the front.
A full frontal wig has lace across the entire hairline from ear to ear and extends all the way back to the crown, giving you maximum styling versatility—perfect for updos, middle parts, and full, all-around natural looks.
At Her Way Hair, we only use full HD lace frontals.

How do I wash and care for my hair?
Wigs and extensions, like natural hair, thrive with routine care. Wash your hair every 2 weeks to keep it healthy and full. Always detangle before washing, and use cold or lukewarm water with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Proper care ensures your hair stays soft, shiny, and long-lasting. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. And you can complete the order by Express Checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
For flexible payments, we also offer Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments.
Approval for pay-later options is determined directly by the provider. Her Way Hair does not store your personal or payment information.
Can I combine discount codes?
No. Only one discount code may be used per order. Discounts cannot be applied after checkout.
Do you offer a loyalty program?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
Can I return or exchange my order after purchasing?
Due to the nature of hair extensions, all sales are final — no refunds or returns.
We always ask that you check your order before we part ways to make sure everything is correct. If an error (wrong texture or length) occurs on our end, we’ll gladly exchange it, as long as the hair remains unused/untampered with and the request is made immediately at pickup.
Once order is reviewed and everything is confirmed, the sale is final.
When will I receive my order?
For local pickup, details will be sent via confirmation email or text. Please review our Local Pickup Policy before ordering for additional details.
For shipped orders, hair typically ships within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
