Local Pickup Policy

To ensure a smooth, elevated experience, all local orders follow the guidelines below.

 

Pickup Location & Time

  • Pickup days, times, and locations are pre-scheduled based on availability. Pickup drtails are shared via order confirmation message.
  • An email and/or phone number MUST be provided to recieve order confirmation message.
  • Pickup locations are fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling unless discussed ahead of time.
  • Alternate locations may be requested for an additional $20 convenience fee
    • While I do my best to accommodate alternate locations, requests are not guaranteed and depend on availability, distance, and scheduling.
  • Please look at payment methods ahead of time to minimize any questions or confusion.
  • I do not deliver to the outskirt areas of Jacksonville. No St. Augustine, Orange Park, Chaffee, Yulee, etc.

Only cashless payments accepted. Accepted payment methods:

  • Buy Now, Pay Later options (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna) 
  • Debit / Credit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Zelle
  • Cash payments and CashApp are not accepted.

  • Be sure to use code LOCAL at checkout to waive shipping fees and confirm your order for in-person pickup.
  • Disclaimer: Orders placed without LOCAL code will be processed as shipped orders. Shipping fees cannot be refunded or adjusted once checkout is completed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

  • Due to the nature of hair extensions and in-person delivery, I don’t offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.
  • Please inspect your order at the time of pickup to make sure everything is correct.
  • If an error is made on our end—like the wrong texture or length—we're happy to exchange it for the correct product, as long as the hair is unused and untampered with. 
  • Exchanges must be requested immediately at pickup.
  • Once everything is confirmed, the sale is final.
